REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Before making a return, please contact us with your return query so that our team can help ensure a smooth process. We're always here to help.
We will advise a unique Returns Number and arrange for your exchange or refund to be processed as soon as possible.
All returns and exchanges will need to be returned within seven (7) working days from the date of delivery. Items must be in original condition and must not have been altered. Items must be returned in the original shipping box/packaging. Please allow another seven (7) days for the exchange to be processed. For damaged or defunct items, please email us so that our returns team can arrange for the goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. You will need to return items with all tags in place. We will assess the damage upon the return of the product and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on goods due to a change of mind.

All return shipping will be at your own expense. We recommend using a reputable courier service to return items to us, and we advise you to take note of your tracking number. We are not responsible or accountable for the loss of items being returned.Â
